INFORMATION REGARDING THE POSTING OF GUEST PLAYER REQUESTS
Players interested in attending but not supported by a team can
post a request to guest on this page. Teams seeking to fill a
need can contact players listed. Typically, we place about 6-12
player per showcase. Email info in neat order, one item per
line: name, address, phone, email, field position, current age
level (as U-?) & birthdate, club
team & league / level it plays at, high school,
soccer awards and honors, and any other pertinent information.
Check submissions posted for this and from PRIOR Showcases. Please do not expect
Showcase Committee to edit your submission; if not a simple
cut-and-paste, it will
not be posted; avoid elaborate formatting, it does not always
translate well onto a webpage. [NOTE: We do not place players with
teams. We post info on players who want to guest and we post
accepted teams, and let players and teams make- their own
connections.]
NOTE TO TEAMS: Do consider hosting a guest. Many of the
players listed are attractive recruits, and can help draw
attention from college coaches to your team's games. Especially
if you will have missing or injured players; short-handed teams
do not show well.
We also will be
flexible regarding team age groups guesting a player in a
Showcase event. Feel free to inquire!
NOTE REGARDING PERMISSIONS TO TRAVEL
It is each team's
responsibility to know the rules for team
travel and for guest player travel of the
governing body (e.g. state association, US Club Soccer) that
issued their player passes. The number of state associations
whose teams participate in our events is too large for us to
track the constantly changing regulations for each individual
state. Some states require a Permission To Travel, others do
not. (New Jersey, for example, requires permission for its teams
to travel out of state, or for out of state teams to travel into
New Jersey.) Check the Permission To Host for this event,
then make sure you know what the Travel conditions are for your
governing body.
No team should have
difficulty obtaining permission to travel, per USSF regulations;
however a Youth Soccer state association can deny insurance
coverage to its Youth Soccer teams for events held under another
governing body's hosting agreement. If a team is having
difficulty obtaining insurance for an event held under a US Club
Soccer Hosting Agreement, please click
