Dear Coach / Manager: All teams entering the The procedures require each team to submit an online listing of
all individuals that will be entering the base. While the data gathering and
data entry may require a bit of initial effort, the benefits will quickly
become obvious. + Once the data is entered,
listed individuals will be pre-screened before the event! Tournament
participants will be able to get through the Gate Entry onto + Once the information is
entered for a team, it will only need to be updated for future Fort Dix
events; there will be no need to re-load it. + And any last minute
updates and changes can be directly made online by a team itself, rather than
by needing to contact someone at our administrative offices. The Security Data must be inputted online by eight days before
the event! Do NOT wait until the last day to start! You can continue updating the online info
until the event itself, but the date when we have to actually print out the
entered data and submit the printed version to The specific procedures are laid out point by point at the end
of this email, in their own section. Please follow the procedures carefully. The information being gathered for each individual entering the
base consists of the following: + Full Name + Drivers Licence Number (adults) or Canadian Citizens National ID + Address with Town,
State, Zip and Country + Birthdate
in MM/DD/YYYY format + Gender (F or M) + Email Address (to
quickly alert any individual whose pre-screening flags any questions) + Reason for Entry
(Player, Parent, Relative, Team Coach, Team Manager) On the Tournament Webpage, there is a direct link to the Online
Security Data Input site. Or you can access it by going to: https://msslsoccer.com. Also on the Webpage is a button marked TEAM DATA
COLLECTION FORM FOR FORT DIX ENTRY. This page provides a PDF file
which you can print, to help you organize the data you are collecting before
you start inputting online. We will be contacting every team individually to supply your
individual team User ID and Password. Your first action will be to change the
password to a seven-digit password of your choosing. Make sure you store your
User ID and password in a place where you can readily retrieve it. Please advise all team members who will be entering the base
that each vehicle must have: ** Valid Vehicle Registration ** Valid Vehicle
Insurance Card ** Valid Drivers License
for the Driver ** Plus a Drivers License
or other Picture ID for each additional adult in the vehicle The first three items are required on a vehicle at all times, yet
it has become surprising how many vehicles trying to enter the base can not
produce these items upon request. Going forward, it may prevent a vehicle
from entering the base altogether. Finally, if you are having a problem with this process, email

or call the MAPS / MSSL office at 732-940-5599. Again, we need your team input by a week before the scheduled

* * * Procedure to Input 1 - Go to https://msslsoccer.com
or button on Tournament Homepage 2 – Enter team id and password provided you by separate message, then click “Login” button. 3 - First time you enter, you must change the password. It is case sensitive and must be 7
characters, letters and/or numbers. Make sure you store the User ID password
in an accessible place. 4 – Click on “Enter Data Here”. 5 – Click on “Enter Data”. 6 –Read and follow instructions on top of “Add New Person”. 7 – You will see “Add New Person” next to “Add or Select Person”
text on screen. 8 – Enter all appropriate information on the screen for first
person. 9 – Click bottom button to “Add Person” after entering
information. This will save the
information. Note appears on top indicating “The information has been added
successfully.” Person’s name appears
next to text “Add or Select person “. 10 - You can change information by selecting person from the box
next to “Add or Select person” text and clicking “Modify Person” button on
bottom after you are done with changes for that person. 11 - You can also delete a person by selecting the person from
the box next to “Add or Select person” and clicking “Delete Person” button on
bottom if that person is no longer needed in the system. 12 - You can also add another person by clicking next to
person’s name and select “Add new person”.
Follow same procedure as above. 13 – You can create a report showing all your members
information that are affiliated with the team by
clicking Report in the top. 14 - Click “Logout” button on top when done after ensuring
information entered is correct.
Remember you must use your new password to re-enter this web site and
add/modify/delete a person. It is also
recommended to close the browser by clicking the X in the top right corner in
order to clear the reserve area. |
