On-Field Youth Participation Form

As part of the celebration of the Ukrainian Day Festival at Giants Stadium we are proud to offer our youth the chance to participate in the on-field festivities during halftime of both soccer matches. It's our goal to feature hundreds of Ukrainian children dressed in Orange representing the peaceful revolution in Ukraine. Each child will be given a free orange t-shirt with the Ukrainian word “TAK” (“Yes!”) printed on the front as a keepsake for this joyous occasion.

There will be two on-field programs. The games are scheduled for 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM (subject to some adjustment which will be posted on the website). The 7:00pm game will be televised locally.

We ask that every child participating register between 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM at the Ceremonial Celebration Table at the bubble next to Gate C the day of the Festival for instructions and to pick up a tee shirt. Each child must have a paid ticket to the MetroStars Game & Ukrainian Festival to participate. Participants will have ability to enter and re-enter the Stadium.
