Tomas Minnio of Stamford Lions from the Ukrainian American All Stars faces off against the Metrostars Reserve Team    The Metrostars Reserves brought in a 37-year old ringer! The redhead is Alexi Lalas, ex-US National Team Player, US World Cup player, Serie A player, former Metrostar and the NCAA Hermann Trophy Winner as Division I player of the Year while playing for Rutgers. Alexi is now the Metrostars GM/President. Petro Boretski of Philadelphia Tryzub rushes in to challenge.

  Marco Hordynsky from the Ukrainian American All-Stars tackles a Metrostars Reserve     Tomas Minnio of Stamford Lions slide tackles Giovanni Savarese of the Metrostars. Giovanni Savarese is the all-time leading goalscorer for the MetroStars with 41 goals and 94 points from 1996 thru 1998. For the Venezualan National Team, Gio would score 10 goals in 30 games. Gio also played in Italy in 2000, won a USISL National Champion with a Long Island Rough Riders team that had Tony Meola and Chris Armas on it in 1995,  and had stints with the New England Revolution, San Jose Earthquakes and Swansea City in Wales.    Bogdan Lonevsky - Yonkers Krylati
